Gabriel Vidović has completed his permanent transfer to "Dinamo Zagreb" from "Bayern Munich" as officially announced by the Croatian club. The 21-year-old Croatian forward joins Zagreb in a deal reportedly worth €1.2 million.
"I'm looking forward to continuing my career at this club after my loan spell last season," – the young striker might have said upon signing.
While the official announcement doesn't disclose the financial details, media reports suggest "Bayern Munich" will also receive a percentage from any future sale of the player.
Interestingly, Vidović is no stranger to Zagreb, having already spent the 2023/24 season there on loan. His previous stint with the club wasn't particularly productive though. The young forward made just six appearances last season, accumulating only 70 minutes of playing time.
Perhaps this permanent move will give him the stability needed to develop further. Will the Croatian find more playing opportunities now that he's fully committed to "Dinamo Zagreb"? Only time will tell.
