Upon joining OGC Nice in August 2020, Ndoye had a significant impact, netting two goals in the Europa League and scoring his first Ligue 1 goal on December 16 at Nimes. Though his stint with OGC Nice encompassed 16 matches and 3 goals, it was enough to showcase his potential and earn him a spot in the Swiss U-21 team. Later, Ndoye was loaned and then transferred to FC Basel. As of 2023, Ndoye has become a part of Bologna FC 1909, taking his career to the competitive realms of Italian football.
