Fabian Edwards will headline the 2025 PFL World Championship as he faces Dalton Rosta in the middleweight tournament final on August 21 in Florida. The brother of former UFC champion Leon Edwards brings a 15-4 record into the prestigious matchup at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood.

"This tournament has been my focus all year, and I'm ready to finish what I started," Edwards might say about reaching the finals after defeating PFL mainstays Impa Kasanganay and Josh Silveira in earlier rounds.

The main card, starting at 9 p.m. ET, features three tournament finals with championship glory and significant prize money on the line. Rosta enters the bout with an impressive 11-1 record and riding a three-fight winning streak. The former Bellator standout earned his spot by defeating Sadibou Sy and Aaron Jeffery.

Interestingly, the light heavyweight tournament final will see Sullivan Cauley facing Antonio Carlos Junior in what promises to be an explosive contest. Cauley, a Muay Thai medalist with an 8-1 record, has been on a tear with three straight victories. His opponent, Carlos Junior (18-6, 2 NC), is looking to become a two-time tournament winner after claiming the 2021 PFL light heavyweight tournament.

The heavyweight division will also crown a champion when Alexander Romanov meets Oleg Popov. Romanov advanced with a record of 1-0 and one no-contest, while Popov is seeking redemption after losing in last year's tournament final.

The event will be broadcast on ESPN in the United States, with streaming options available on Fubo and ESPN+. Preliminary fights kick off at 6 p.m. ET, three hours before the main card begins.

Can Edwards follow in his brother's championship footsteps? Or will Rosta's winning streak continue? We'll find out when these fighters clash in what should be an action-packed night of MMA combat.
